Exercise, exercise, exercise….


The evidence suggests that exercise is particularly beneficial for people with Parkinson’s Disease and has been shown to slow down disease progression amongst numerous other benefits.


I KNOW that exercise is good for me. Exercise is good for my mind, body and soul.

I can feel it.

Exercise and the challenges I have set myself have also brought new friendships, travel, adventure and great fun. Thank you to everyone who has made this possible. x
